The stellar venues of Serendipity Festival scheduled for December 2024
Serendipity Festival, a multi-disciplinary Art Festival, will be hosted in Goa from 15th-24th December 2024. The venues selected for the ninth edition of the festival are a testament to the commitment of the organizers to make the ten festival truly an experiential excellence.
The state of Goa in itself is a picturesque experience and the venues for SAF are handpicked to suit the art sensibilities.
The Old GMC Complex
The regulars of SAF would know the Old GMC Complex. It is located in the heart of the state capital and represents the true Goan style of architecture. There is a theatre for drama, Food Lab for the taste buds, Visual art exhibition at the Old complex, and a vibrant marketplace called The Alley for design enthusiasts.
The Art Park
Standing true to its name, The Art Park is a hub of all things fine from lively music, to culinary delights. This year the venue will be the platform for children’s activities, experimental theater, and a live market-Mercedo.
Nagalli Hills
The location is situated on the slope of Nagalli Hills and comes to life every evening with Indian classical Music, Inde Music, Bollywood, Jazz music humming through it.
Santa Monica Jetty
The daily jetty that ferries on the gorgeous Mandavi river that slices through the state will be another distinguished venue for the festival. The stunning Sun setting in the background, the Jetty will host musical evenings throughout the festival.
Kala Academy
The address for all things art for decades together, Kala Academy is another location for SAF.
Miramar Beach
While the whole state is blessed with a beautiful coastline representing the Arabian Sea, the beach selected by the festival is Miramar. This edition, the festival will launch a permanent installation that will create space for ‘Pause and reflect’ thoery.
Apart from these venues, the festival will also be hosted at Kadama Bus station, Mala Petrol Pump, The Directorate of Accounts, The Excise Building, Azaad Maidaan, ESG Building, Samba Square.
