Art, Movement, and Transformation Take Center Stage at Serendipity Arts Festival 2024
The Ninth Edition of Serendipity Festival ends on a high note
The eight day celebration of Indian art, culture and heritage was brought to a poetic culmination in the picturesque state of Goa. Held at many different venues across the state and especially state capital, the festival became the hub for art lovers, who traveled from various parts of India and even world to enjoy the consummate experience. Each day spelled magic and brilliance woven through diverse art forms from music to culinary to movies to theatre performances. Stars like Usha Uthhup, Aruna Sairam, Shubha Mudgal, Salim-Suleiman, Bickram Ghosh and many others regaled the audiences with their art forms. The festival also featured a lighter vein with comedy in store with headliners like Biswa Kalyan Rath, Urooj Ashfaq, Shamik Chakrabarti, and Shreeja Chaturvedi. Day five of the extravaganza also saw state Chief Minister pramod Sawant make a visit. Day Four witnessed an interesting session at The Food Lab, Eating Seaweed, a workshop curated by Edible Issues and led by Gabriella D’Cruz, Chaitanya Chowgule of The Good Ocean, and Chef Priyanka Sardessai.
Day 1 had the electrifying Lou Majaw, of rock band Indus Creed, and guitar virtuoso Warren Mendonsa join forces with Pratika Gopinath of Easy Wanderlings.
