The name itself grabs your attention. Wa.I.San elaborates to Warsa Itihaas and Sanskruti, literal translations of which are legacy, history, and culture. Standing true to its name, the organization is formed with a mission to showcase the richness of three nouns comprising the brand name, not just in the home state of Maharashtra but also Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh to the less discovered Andaman & Nicobar, and Nepal. While the team curated individual tours before formalization of the organization, now they aim to curate enriching heritage experience as per your requirements and purpose for all age groups through the means of workshops, tours, walks, lectures, and consultancy also.

An educative tour to Bhuleshwar Temple on 9th of June 2024 in collaboration with INTACH Pune Chapter started their journey in Heritage trips. Now the team has curated trips under expert guidance to some known marvels like Ajantha, Ellora, Hampi and some hidden gems of Ambajogai, Kolhapur, Khidrapur, Indore, Andaman, Nepal, etc.

The team encompasses experts from varied disciplines: Conservation, Architecture, Archaeology, Indology, Art, Museology and Research. The organization's intention is to encourage involvement, understanding and learning about the rich heritage around us and take home a sensitive and aware moral through various Workshops, Lectures, Courses, Heritage-walks, Heritage tours, etc. 

The founder, Neeraj Godse, shared, "Heritage, History and culture are inseparable parts of all civilizations around the world. Without culture, history cannot be represented and the stories of History are narrated by heritage sites for ages. Some changes in culture are inevitable because the world is changing at a fast pace. History is becoming convenient and heritage sites are disappearing. Therefore, conservation of heritage sites, understanding of accurate history and preservation of culture and a sensitive amalgamation of all these aspects is the need of the hour. Let's combine ancient and modern to safeguard our heritage!. Another aspect of Wā.I.Saṅ aims to cater to promoting Indian heritage to foreign nationals as well. This would not only encourage the said clientele to understand the heritage, history and culture of India but would also support such places and experts in one way or another."
